We operate a rental portfolio managed by a dedicated rental agent, as well a maintenance manager who oversees all repairs and cleaning of your property. In addition, we engage the services of an independent property inspector, who conducts periodic inspections of your property, and provides comprehensive reports on the condition of the property, any maintenance that may required, and the conduct of the tenants.

Unmanaged Lease - No Administration
- Compile detailed broschure of the property with photographs
- Advertise on our website as well as the main property portals
- Send notifications to our current database of prospective tenants
- Conduct viewings by arrangement with existing tenant / landlord
- Process and review applications from prospective tenants
- Perform credit checks with ITC and TPN (Tenant Profile Network)
- Confirmation of employment and income
- Verification of current and previous rental references
- Drafting of the lease agreement
- Collection of deposit and first month's rent prior to key handover
Full Managed Lease - (In Addition to the Left)
- Co-ordinate handover and occupation of the property
- Conduct incoming inspection - details of any defects noted
- Facilitate change of services (Telkom, ADT etc)
- Collection of monthly rentPayment of municipal accounts, levies, services
- Payment of municipal accounts, levies, services
- Periodic inspections for damage and maintenance purposes.
- Attending to repairs & ensuring they are completed satisfactorily
- Acting as mediators to resolve any disputes
- Conducting outgoing inspections on termination of the lease
- Attending to refund of deposit and deductions if applicable.
